You can use a bleach pen to get the spots out!

This is an heirloom christening gown so I wouldn't use bleach. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

People use hydrogen Peroxide with water. I've dipped mine in oxy clean for a few seconds at a time. It's cotton, lace and some shear nylon-y type fabric. I think as long as you do whatever you choose for say 15-30 seconds at a time it'll be alright. The oxy seems gentle to me with a definite whitening ability.
