Put a light-weight planter with grass on top (to make hair) and then draw a face on the front. (Kind of like those "grass head" things we had- where the grass grows and becomes hair. Or alond the lines of what rabbit did when Winnie the Pooh got stuck in the rabbit hole)
Build a small wooden box to fit it, attach and paint and decorate maybe with one of those flowers next to it...
First don't think of painting it. A friend of mine did and got in trouble. I would hange a wooden painted small box over it and train a flowering vine to go up and through. Make sure the power company can still access it.
same idea. Put a little plant pot/trough over it. then plant some colourful trailing flowers to cover it?
I was told the box should not be enclosed. This is from electrical people.
If you have additional fence boards, build an L-shape fence the same height as you existing fence and attach to exiting fence with L-brackets. It will hide the electical plug, mute the noise from your AC unit and still allow for airflow.
How about a wicker (loose weave) basket hung over the outlet? Or a small shelf just above the outlet with a hangy down plant.....ivy, sweet potato plant....etc.
Thanks
