Found a website that deals with painting over the tile wall and grout and involves cleaning, sanding and dusting the tiles and then using a two step epoxy paint or a latex paint over a bonding primer. here's the site: https://www.todayshomeowner.com/how-to-paint-... Good luck!

Buy a product specifically made for tiles and be sure to follow the directions, especially the preparation phase. We just updated a bathroom at a rental where the pink tiles were painted white, but it didn't adhere well and was a mess. We ended up having to remove all the tiles. It was a big job, sigh!

Clean with TSP, lightly sand, prime with latex bonding primer, paint with whatever you want! If this is in a shower or very humid area, make sure to apply a good clear coat.
