What kind of lemon tree?Is the tree planted in a pot or the ground?

I have 2 meyer lemon trees and live in zone 8B. One is in a pot and one in the ground. The potted one comes in during freezes and the other has to be wrapped. There is special fertilizer for citrus. Plant in full sun and water well. Good luck

I have a lemon tree in a large pot which has to be inside during cold weather. We live in Virginia. I put it out as soon as it is warm enough so it can get pollinated.

It blooms early. Make sure pot drains well. Every other yer I get a fantastic crop. I only use miracle grow. Lemons are green before ripening. photos show lemons in pot ripe. My tree has thorns.
