Can peel & stick tile be laid on existing peel & stick tile?

    As long as the old tiles are smooth and flat it should work.

    Your best option is to peel the old ones up first or you could get lifting

    the best way, of course, is to pull up the old tile.. but, sure, you can put the new tile on the old tile. first make sure the old tile is completely clean!! then, I would lay the new tile, trying to make sure that the seams where the new tiles meet, don't match up with the seams in the old tiles.
