Covering a bathroom light fixture?

I have a ceiling mounted light fixture in a bathroom. I replaced the old florescent light fixture with a new LED light fixture. What can I cover this new LED light fixture with that is decorative and does not reduce the illumination ? Don't tell me to use "clear plastic panels". Those are ugly.
