How can we reinforce the subfloor under our toilet ?

It pops n cracks when we walk in. Looks like floor has settled from walls?

    I am going to assume that being under the toilet the subfloor has failed and should be replaced.

    Sounds like a toilet leak might have caused rotting subfloor, maybe from a failed wax ring at the toilet flange. You need to get a plumber that can handle this, or a good handyman.

    Pull toilet up and replace plywood over the entire bathroom existing floor :)

    Pretty much what the others said. Check you floor joists too, you may need to scab on fresh, new wood to support your new sub floor.
