Concrete is outside of my sunroom and is part of the house slab. Has cracks, stains and looks ugly. Water will stand on it when it rains. Suggestions needed on how to refur.

Spread the Resurfacer. Fill the walkway joints with peel-and-stick foam weatherstripping, and dampen the concrete if necessary. The resurfacer is workable for about 20 minutes, so mix just half a bag of powder with 5½ cups of water at a time. That's enough to cover two sidewalk slabs, or about 17 square feet.

Stain it with concrete stain. We did our patio and didn't bother with the cracks. Used 2 different colors and it looks great.

Cleaned patio with broom and soapy water rinse well and let dry. You can get the stains at Home Depot just ask. Read directions we used a cheap chemical sprayed and covered with newspaper anyt we d want sprayed. If you use more than one color just rince out sprayed like it was chemicals making sure you run clean water đŸ’¦ thru the sprayer. Patio still had some stains and groundin dirt but after the stains it was only slightly a darker color. I don't know how large your patio is but we used a gallon of each color. The darker col on first with heavy coverage then the lighter was a more spotty coverage just wanted a contrast. Hope this helps.
