Is there a sure-fire way to get rid of Creeping Charley?
You will have to wait as those roots are very invasive and will reappear in no time.Until you know for sure all the roots are gone a temporary situation will be plant in containers.
After they turn brown.
If you used weed killer it will tell you when it is safe to plant after applying, I would wait until the weeds are dead and you have dug them up and disposed of them , even if the killer says it is ok to plant. That way you know they are dead and gone.
also depends on the weed killer used.....concentrated roundup....the answer is forever...you will never grow anything here again
Read the directions on the weed killer
