How do I replace a bathtub drain in a mobile home?

The center cross pieces have all disintegrated and there is nothing to get ahold of.

Mobile homes are manufactured in an assembly line and you can buy the parts from the dealer where you bought the home. I used to live in one and had to replace the faucet handle in the tub. It was surprisingly affordable and easy to do. Look in the yellow pages online for mobile home parts. You got this !

They make a special wrench that will grab anything that is left, called a dumbbell wrench. Have you seen those? Cost under $15 on Amazon. Otherwise I think you are looking at cutting the entire "drain shoe" off from the bottom with a hacksaw..
