    Inside in winter, outside on porch in warm weather.

    They love full sun here in Atlanta. Easy to propagate with cuttings stuck in the ground with a dusting of rooting hormone powder ...many online sources of "rootone"

    flowering plants have special formulated food to increase flowering....same for fruit trees....some foods are strictly for producing leaves (think lawn fertilizer)...some are for plants while others are for trees. you wouldn't feed fish horse feed...or dogs chicken feed (well maybe not...I have 2 dougue de bordeaux ---think the movie Turner and Hooch--that eat anything)....get the right feed and you will have great luck
