White water streaks down my vinyl siding, how can I remove them?

Pressure washing and scrubbing did not help. I think this was caused before the roof and guttering was replaced when water may have came down the siding. Any suggestions for removing these light colored streaks from the siding or even camouflaging them?

Sounds like a hard water stain going on. Try applying Wet and Froget which is safe for all surfaces.
do you have brick above? if so couuld be the salts naturally coming out of the bricks and/or mortar. try chipping it off somewhere that doesnt show
