How to care for white hydrangea plants?

    Prune in early spring, cutting off spent flowers and dead wood. You can cut off the spent blossoms in late fall, if they bother you. Shape as needed. Half a day sun is best. They are very hardy.

    Hydrangias are very hardy and should do well at my local nursery they told me not to prune at all for the first 3 years

    Hydrangeas need high acidic soil to do well also.
