How do you paint laminate kitchen cabinets or can you paint them?

Yes,they are paintable,Lightly sand,clean ,apply 2 coats of primer allowing to dry in-between using a foam brush,paint and seal with a non-yellowing polycrylic.
Here is what I did to my friend's laminate cabinets...... before I painted them.
