I live in a very say area and we have all kinds of ants around here. They invade the house ( which this yr I was on top of when it started) but I have noticed that last yr they started invading my plants that I bring out of the house in the warm weather . I don't want them in the house , it horrible how they try to over run my house, they get into ALL the rooms

Not knowing what type of plants or ants you have, I have been successful with cinnamon or talcum powder sprinkled around where you don't want ants to cross. Safe for pets and children.

Sadly they like a dry place to make nests, so water the pots or never let them dry out! Keep ant spray around - also ant powder.
