How do I add shelves under kitchen cupboards

I have a small galley kitchen and I am only 4 ft 8 inches tall. I want to add shelves under my top cupboards so I can reach them.

You can even make slide outs!
Just wondering if an 'over the sink' shelf might help. They're designed to give you an extra shelf for holding supplies or knick knacks !
You could pick out some wood with a finish that matches or coordinates with your current cabinets and use L-brackets to attach to the wall underneath the upper cabinets.
I think you could do like Patricia said....wood with L brackets or a carpenter could even put small drawers under your top cupboards. Another thing....could your top cupboards be lowered so that you can reach them better? If needed you could put another small cupboard or even a shelf on the top of your lowered upper cupboards.
Can your upper cupboards be lowered so you can reach them?
