    if no pictures - very light grey or tan for paint is the easiest way to go. To make the interior brighter, clean and crisp.

    mirrors are good ways to "open" a spAce up and add brightness if placed correctly.

    BM Revere Pewter painted walls and gloss white trim did the trick for us! Semi sheer white IKEA curtains hung floor to ceiling. pops of silver, black and gold in mirrors, frames and lamps and my fave colors accenting in pillows and throws. We bought a 1920s house that hadn't been redecorated since 70s and our style is vintage modern playful...?...It has to make me happy if it wants a place in my home
