A simple & inexpensive way to camouflage and beautify a cracked concrete patio would be to fill the crack in with similar concrete. Let it dry. Then find a stencil that you like. Buy concrete paint for base coat. And paint the entire patio in that color. Let dry. If necessary do two coats. Then you can take your stencil of your choosing and turn your patio into what could look like a beautiful outdoor rug or tile. This would be dependant upon the type of stencil that you chose and the colors that you use. I have found that using more colors versus less colors, camouflages imperfections in painting application and it looks far more perfect than you realize. I think this is an awesome way and an inexpensive way, to solve your problem.
