Get a spray bottle, add 50% water and 50% vinegar. Then add 2 tablespoons of blue Dawn dishwashing liquid, shake it and spray away. You're dandelions will die & not be toxic to children or animals.

Dandilions are often the first pollen for bees and such. Pull them or mow if you don't desire their presence. Vinegar works, but kills everything it touches.

I don't like to kill dandelions since the flowers are so pretty first thing in the spring but did you know you can eat the greens? They are a good bitter spring green to wilt with hot bacon, vinegar and sugar sauce. Yum Yum
