i just use a wood clothes hanger...plastic will work also
For something really simple, use an old-school wire coat hanger. Squash the 2 points toward one another. This will make a new point in the middle of the long edge. Bend that new point up toward the handle. When you do the last step, just bend it up about half way to the bottom of where the hanger handle joins the hanger. Not pretty, but functional.
Also be aware your question got posted three times. That can sometimes make it hard for us to not repeat our suggestions.
You can use a tension or curatin rod, hang it where you want to store them and hang each tie on shower hooks and put hooks on rod. Cheap and easy!
You could get a wooden ladder (or build one) and fasten it to the wall on an angle - that'll do the trick with some personality!
