There' a motorized one that is on the market...you attach it to the underside of your closet shelf [approx. 12" wide x 16-18" deep] You push a button & it turns so you can view the ties [operates on batteries].
I took a plastic hanger and put shower curtain rings on it for my husbands ties slip one tie through each ring then when he needs to pick out a tie he just takes the hanger out of the closet gets the tie he needs and hangs the rest back up

We moved in to our first home, and this ugly garden tub is in our master bathroom. I hate it as it is way to big for the bathroom. It sits at an odd angle.
Need advice/help on what I can do with my blind corner cabinet..... the width of the opening is only 9 inches .... so much wasted storage space in there... any ideas...
