How about painting a rug? Some Hometalkers who have done so have come out with pretty cool results.
Alternatively you can get these cool clickable tiles to install on top of the concrete.
You could paint the concrete. There are special paints for this. Also, you can buy decking tile.
I just had it refinished, and the guy used some clear paint. It looks somewhat better, but I expected more. Go to Lowe's or Home Depot, maybe they can help you.
I think that is a sealer I was thinking about doing that, guess I should rethink it, thanks for the feedback
Have you considered the square outdoor tiles? 12x12 and they look like grass.
I haven't I will check that out, are they slippery?
