What kind of paint can I use for outdoor pots?

I got a water fountain that. Looks like 5 pots stacked on top of each other, needs painted bad, I need help on how to make a bright stand out water fountain. Thanks

Also call your local landscapers and they might know, too.
An exterior latex or oil-based paint would do well.
Use rustoleums 2X spray paint ans seal with a clear spray sealer.
You can use any kind of exterior pant. If the pots are terra-cotta you need to seal the inside of the pot using a tile sealer. Then paint, then add a sealer on top of the paint.
Chalk Paint and then put a sealant on them .
