What's the easiest way to get rid of liriope in my flower bed?

    Dig up as much as you can; use round-up on the bits that resprout. You could also mow it close and round-up the bits that resprout, but the roots are going to be the main problem if they aren't removed..they will take a long time to die and decompose so you can easily replant something else.
    Your neighbors might be happy to take the old plants for dividing. Maybe some would help w the labor!

    Dig it up and replant it somewhere else. I've never known it to have rhizomes or spread it's roots. At least mine never have. Also... per anyone telling you to use RoundUp.... NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER USE ROUNDUP!!! It's made by Monsanto!!! Please read up if you are not familiar with them. Their products cause cancer and anyone who tells you they don't are completely uninformed! :)
