Lowes & Home Depot sell just the best spray on cleaner for vinyl siding. It works best with a power washer but it works with your garden hose & a brush!
try weed killer...mold and mildew are a form of plants.

I have two products to choose from: pool chlorine or a product called 30 Seconds. Both are excellent. I've used both. Chlorine is less expensive, but 30 Seconds is amazing. Best of luck.
Lemon Spray .....slice your lemons thin and bring to a boil and then let it sit overnight. Pour into a spray bottle and wipe the mildew and mold away! Reapply often to prevent re-occurrence;)
