What is this plant?

I don't remember planting anything like this! It must have been volunteer & I've got two of them. Not sure if it is a weed? The flower makes me think it probably is. Can anyone help? Stumped in Yakima. 
Just a weed found in most Eastern coast years.
Google 'weed identification' when you have questions on weeds. Photos will help you id them.
