Every time I change the bed clothes I immediately wash the linens in HOT water, I let the bed air out as I'm mixing my baking soda and EO's. I sprinkle it all over our bed then I vacuum the bed and use an EO spray. I do a lot of traveling so I worry about the nasty possibilities. Whenever I take anything out of the room, I immediately wash everything in HOT water. I've gotten to the point that when I travel I take a large white plastic bag and place my luggage/clothes on it. It's much easier to see bugs on the white bag then to see them in my home. I've also begun to spray the luggage when I get home. I hope this help in some way. Have a great day.
This summer has been crazy with houseflies... what is the best way to get rid of them? I've been chasing them around with a swatter, but there has to be a better way....
