They are starting to come up through floor boards on deck. So invasive!!

If you have nothing under the deck, spray with full strength vinegar. May take more than one application but it will kill them for you.

pull them as soon as you see them come up keep pulling they are prolific seeders also be careful of vinegar to much of it can also harm the soil boiling water will also kill plants
