How can I fix a chipping cement driveway?

The division line in our cement driveway is chipping off big chunks. Is there a product or process we can use to fix this. The only other think we can think of is to tear it up and pour another one. Very expensive!!

Be sure to direct water away from the driveway. The weather and rain are one of your worst enemies when it comes to a cement driveway. The expansion and contraction of water in and around your concrete are what makes it deteriorate, most times. You should also use a sealant on your driveway when complete. Just my thoughts.
