How to get rid of wisteria?

Try rock salt,it will kill it out at the point where you put down the salt,it will take a year or so before you can get anything to grow there though.
I have mine on a wooden, T-shaped, clothes line pole, buried in concrete.......A Tropical storm took the other pole. I planted Wisteria.......it has bloomed one time. I want mine to grow, not get rid of it......I need help to keep it growing and blooming????.
