anyone know where i can find ceramic tiles like these? they are 5 3/4" tall and 2 3/4" wide. they go inside an address frame that i picked up from an old house i helped clean out! i'm sure they are possibly discontinued cause this is on the back! the numbers that came with it are 1017 and of course i need 1011 lol any help will be greatly appreciated! i am willing to buy it from you and pay shipping if you find or have one of the #1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you thought about have the tile repainted and fired with correct number?
Have you looked on Ebay ? They are the store room for all things we need replacing that have lost , broken or discontinued .
I saw ceramic tiles like this one, but no design on it just the numbers, in Walmart. Check online at their website. Good luck!
On etsy.com there is an artist that can probably make one for you. Contact the artist and ask if they can make a replacement.

Try a big-box hardware. I know I've seen them in Home Depot a few years back.
If you do a search on "numeric porcelain tiles," a lot of possible suppliers are on the list that pops up.
I've seen them in Home Depot.
