You can try spraying a scent that dogs don't appreciate, such as white vinegar or apple bitter.

How old is your little darling? Sometimes they do grow out of it. One of mine was a digger when young. She grew out of it and just to torture me, she turned into a jumper - 6 - 7' walls mean nothing to her, she flies over them at the blink of an eye. Worst party crasher on the block . . .
