You can buy plastic paint at a lot of hardware stores just be sure and scuff the plastic with sandpaper before painting

Be sure to clean and degrease first and paint with either spray paint for plastic, chalk paint (sticks to everything with no prep except cleaning) or acrylic paint of any kind. If you go with the acrylic make sure you first prime with a primer made especially for plastic.
