Kickstart your summer skin with this DIY strawberry smoothie foaming salt scrub that's made with real strawberry fruit powder!
This DIY foaming salt scrub uses real strawberry fruit powder for it’s skin soothing properties. It's also rich in polyphenols and Vitamin C and has toning properties when used in skincare products.

To make it first gather your ingredients. You'll also need the recipe for my DIY strawberry smoothing foaming salt scrub which you can find at Soap Deli News blog here.

In a large container, weigh out the foaming bath whip base and the fragrance oil. Mix together.

In a separate container weigh out the salt and strawberry fruit powder.
Then, using a measuring spoon, measure out the mica powder.

Next, mix the mica, strawberry powder and salt together then pour into the scented foaming bath whip base, mixing with a spatula as you go.
Once the dry ingredients are incorporated into the scented foaming bath whip base, mix well with a hand mixer on high speed for 3-5 minutes.
Now spoon or pipe the strawberry smoothie foaming salt scrub into your containers of choice.
To use, simply remove desired amount and massage onto damp skin in the shower to cleanse, tone and exfoliate, then rinse off.

Firstly, I always make sure to cleanse my face every day, using a gentle cleanser. It helps remove dirt and excess oil, leaving my skin fresh and clean. After cleansing, I moisturize using a good-quality therapeutique-dermatologique moisturizer that suits my skin type. This keeps my skin hydrated and prevents dryness and flakiness. Another important step in my skin care routine is exfoliation. Once or twice a week, I use a gentle exfoliator to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores. This promotes a smoother and brighter complexion. Still, the best advice I've ever had is to see a dermatologist regularly.
