Paint got thru my painters tape. 2 days later, took off tape and found the disaster. How can I remove paint from white trim?

Sometimes you can rub it and it will roll off. Might be much simpler to just paint white over it.

If your trim is newly painted, just take a small artist brush and apply your trim cover over the bleed thru. This is how our company did touch- ups if wall color bled through.
if it hasn't been repainted, suggest a new coat on all trim to showcase your room.

Try wiping it off with a damp washcloth. Or you can use 220-grit sandpaper to loosen the paint. Then touch up over any residual.
