Do I need to treat tile with anything after 2 years around my tub?

    If the tile is ceramic , then no, it doesn't have to be sealed but the grout does. You can buy sealant at your local home improvement store . Just be sure to ask for one with the applicator.

    Do you mean the grout in between the tiles or the sealant around the bath? If it is the silicon bath sealant then remove it using a recommended tool from your DIY shop, when it has all gone wipe clean so the area is dust free, fill the bath with cold water to just below the overflow, then go around the edge of the bath with the sealant, allow to dry overnight, 12hrs at least then let the water out, you should have a very good silicon seal that is water tight.

    If you don't know 100% for sure the grout was sealed with the good stuff when installed, YES, clean and seal the grout.
