What is a safe homemade spray to keep windows free of spiders?

    I mix about 10 drops of peppermint oil in a spray bottle mixed with water and spray around all the windows and doors. Re-spray if the windows get wet from sprinklers or rain.

    I live in the desert but it should work for you. Mix 1 part bleach and 2 parts lemon scented dish soap in a spray bottle, spray around the windows. The live spider food will avoid the area and so will the spiders.

    Cotton balls soaked with pepperminot oil in your window sills will keep all kinds of creatures away.
