Where can I find a used pair of rain boots?

I went to Goodwill but they are selling used items at the same price that Amazon is selling them for new. I just want to make planters out of them. Thank you!

Try a Goodwill store.
Expand the radius of your thrift store search. There are a couple of thrift stores around me that are pricey, but if I go a little further out then there are bargains to be had. Good luck!
