DIY Wall Stencil

I was browsing tile for absolutely no reason since I have no bathroom or kitchen renovations in my near future. I came across some tile, fell in love, and couldn’t get the pattern out of my head. I decided to put my design crush to good use and created a wall stencil out of the same pattern. Using a pieced of paper, a pencil and a paintbrush I created a stenciled wall in my entryway.
I started with one blank wall in my entryway...
...and ended up with a statement wall!
My inspiration, some tile from Walker Zanger.
I copied the tile pattern I had fallen in love with onto a piece of paper. I then traced this over and over onto the wall.
I used a short bristled brush for better control.
This pattern of brush strokes helped create clean edges and corners.
I worked on the wall in bits and pieces over a period of five days. Defintely for the effort!
