I recently got my hands on Chalk paints and today I’m sharing with you an easy Chalk Painted Mason Jar Tutorial that can serve you as gorgeous home decor.

Materials Required:
  • A clean, empty mason jar
  • Chalk Paint
  • Twine / Embellishments
Here’s the step-by-step process:
  • Paint the outside of  mason jar with chalk paint of your choice of color and allow time to dry for ~30 minutes.
  • There are various ways to further upcycle the product with embellishments, I’m using a jute twine for a rustic appearance.
  • And finally glued a handmade paper flower to add elegance.
That’s it,  So simple! I’ve put flowers in mine.
Chalk paints are so versatile and work well on many surfaces, I've followed the same steps to give this clay pot gets a makeover!
Happy Crafting!

My question is more about the chalk paint-I just got some sample bottles to play with because I love the colors. I'm just wondering how well they will do for a "sea glass" look...Any input? Thanks so much!

So pretty! I'm going to try this on some old post on my porch. Thanks!
