Turn a plastic toy horse into a magical unicorn lamp with this do it yourself project
Supplies:
Plastic toy horse
Lamp
Drill
Gold metallizer
Acrylic paint
Sculpting clay
Air dry clay
Super glue
Drill a hole in your toy horse the same size as the rod on your lamp. Either slide the horse onto the rod or cut a slit on one side.
Use the gold metallizer to 'paint' your horse. Use the acrylic paint to paint the mane and tail.
Use sculpting clay to create the horn. Attach to the horse with super glue.
Place the horse on the lamp rod. If you needed to cut the horse to attach it use the air dry clay to fill in the seam. Top with more metallizer to cover the seam.
Admire your horse to unicorn transformation and enjoy your new DIY Unicorn Lamp!
