Is there an easy way for seniors to install a paver walkway & patio?

we we're blessed with a large number of pavers in various sizes. Physically it would be hard to dig out, level with dirt, add sand & then the pavers. We want to build a BBQ patio & some walkways. Any help would be so appreciated.

My experience is that you decide on a shape for the patio and/or walkway. Clear away the grass or whatever is on the ground. dig down a few inches, fill with sand. Shimmy each paver in place into the sand using a level to make sure it is level. Once they are all in place and level, sweep additional sand into the spaces between pavers to hold them in place. I hope that helps!
Hire a teenager to help do hard work. If you have a grandson or daughter get them to help out.
My suggestion was the same as Helene's - hire some neighborhood high school and college kids to do the hard part for you. I am on "Nextdoor" and do it all the time - and also keep them well fed and watered!
Ask the youth group at the church you attend to come do the work, or a local scout troop! Feed them a hearty lunch and I am sure they will work hard, and you make new friends in the process! Perhaps you could offer tutoring services or cooking lessons to a few kids in exchange for their help! Everybody wins!
What I did:I put down a good soft dirt about an inch deep & rake it even, put the pavers on top, in random disorder, sometimes two closer together, some at more of an angle, last I poured more of that good soft dirt on top and swept it so I could see the pavers, then walk on every inch of those pavers so they are set, If you really want to, throw some grass seed around the edges.
We haven't found an easy way. My husband cannot do it anymore.
