For a decorative touch, you can add glow in the dark rocks (amazon... cheap!) to fill the spaces. A small bag of concrete as a base then the rocks on top.
Most home improvement stores carry products to do this. A couple are Sikaflex (comes in a tube like caulking) or Quickrete Concrete Repair, which is in s plastic bottle with pointed lid. Follow package directions.

Hi Rosa, you can fill wide cracks with concrete crack filler in a caulk tube. Then you can resurface the slab.
