When we purchased our house, the bathroom was well... not the worst thing on the planet but I still wanted to do at least a small reno on it to give it a more clean updated look without breaking the bank (for now...)
It all started with this very sad looking bathroom! I wasn't too ecstatic about just the whole thing...
First thing we did was remove the linoleum and vanity.
Next, I went and hulk smashed the blue tiles and mirror (which I don't suggest since mirror shatters into pieces that I had to pick up later icon )

Next we set on to find another vanity for the bathroom -- I've always been a fan of IKEA so after our search, we decided on the IKEA Godmorgon/Odensvik.
Since I am a big fan of IKEA, we went online and decided on the godmorgon/odensvik in high gloss grey.
Some assembly definitely required -- this took hours to do! Meanwhile... we also tiled the bathroom and freshened up the paint. Then we installed the vanity and hooked it back up to the water.
I went ahead and bought a very cute dolphin faucet off eBay. I love it! $32 with free shipping :D
And this is what our guest bathroom looks like! It's not fancy -- we ended up getting a mirror from IKEA for $60, the light above the mirror was $16 and the curtain and mat set was from Ross for $15. We also changed the toilet -- got another one on Craigslist for $25. icon

Someday we'll probably replace the stick tub and tile/accent the walls. A project for another day!
