I love it, 9 have some growing, can I move some. Or does it have to be from seeds

I like the color color combo, but i would add a low growing flower such as alyssum to the planters. i've seen the alyssum in white, pink and purple. most floral designs use the thriller, filler, spiller combo. since the "pot" is on the smaller side i'd just use the allysum as a spiller, and no filler..

Pretty. Add more to make the shoes fuller, but don't choose tall flowers because their roots may not be stable enough to make the flowers stand up if the roots don't have room to grow downward. Best wishes 😇

cute but "unfinished" how about planting a lime or light green sedum "mat" around them to make them pop or doing something with colored mulch/stones, your on the right track, did you allow for drainage for you little pink plants, ie stones under the soil in the shoes or drain holes, dont ever doubt your creativity, and remember its what makes you happy not the neighbors or the internet

Great idea, I am in the process of doing something similar with colorful kids rain boots. I have an overabundance of coleus and I think that the color contrast will be lovely. If it makes you smile then go for it. Best of luck

Cute idea but wrong flower(too tall). My friend has used old shoes and planted hens and chickens in them, not just in the obvious opening but she would als cut out areas along the rest of the shoe for the plants.
