How can I clean the iron ? It has burning cloth

  • Stir the mixture until the salt or baking soda dissolves. Soak a clean cloth in the cleaning solution and then wipe the iron's sole plate. Continue wiping until the stains are gone, and then clean the bottom of the iron with a clean, damp towel before storing.

    Put a cloth on it soaked in white vinegar,allow to sit on long enough then take some baking soda and rub it on the iron.Use a clean damp cloth the wipe it off.

    SOAK a rag in Dawn dishwater. Fold it up just a little bigger than your iron. Lay the rag down flat onto your countertop. Iron over the rag in a circular motion until it's clean. Holding the iron in the air, press the Steam button down on your iron until it's pouring steam out of the holes. Wipe clean with a dry cloth or paper towel. You're done. :)

    if you mean there is stuff burnt onto your iron I use a piece of fine steel wool

    Rub toothpaste onto a clean rag and apply in a circular motion to a warm iron. finish with a damp clean cloth.

    Poor salt on a wet wash cloth and heat your iron steam off and iron the wash cloth till it is clean
