Bleach and water is the best, cheap too.
Bleach and water will work. Make sure to test it first to make sure it won't affect the color of your house.
You will most likely never completely get rid of the mold, but you can use straight vinegar and a rag to remove it for quite a while. I have the same problem on my metal roof around a solar vent. I have to wipe it down about once a year.
I have read in places Vinager is a great use on that. A bit safer than chemicals but if it called for something stronger jump on it before it gets to out of hand.
