Where's the best place to store my dirty laundry in my home?

I have a detached laundry room, so I need to store my dirty in-house. My husband stores his in the bathroom, and mine is in another room. This room's get a little smily after a while, so need help.

    Well you have the right places that I can think of. The only thing I think you can do is to put stick up air fresheners in containers where stored. Other wise gather garments every day or so and take out to laundry room.

    I think the spots you have are my picks. The only other thing you could do is put fragrant stick ups where stored to help with smell . Or take laundry out to laundry room every other day or so.

    Tight closing trash can could trap moisture.....then you'd have an entirely different problem. Maybe keep Febreeze handy and give the clothes a shot when they get smelly.

    I think something like this with a door on it so you can add deodorizers of sorts, even adding baking soda directly to the laundry until wash day.

    i would put it closer to the exit where you go to do the laundry. some pretty baskets with lids in different sizes so you could pre-sort the laundry also helps.
