Stick Command Hooks Under Your Kitchen Cabinets for Genius Lighting

If you're like me and find yourself wanting a little mood lighting in your kitchen (or any other room, really), here's a great way to do that with just a few supplies and steps.
Today is a gloomy, rainy day, so my house is gloomy and dark, even with all the lights on. On days like today (as well as in the evenings) it's clear that I need a little more light to brighten up my kitchen.

I started by crouching down and feeling under my cabinets for a flat surface on which I would be able to stick the command hooks. I pulled off the blue paper and stuck my hooks in place.

Then, I just grabbed a strand of rope lights and went around the kitchen cabinets securing it into place at each hook, keeping it tight as I went. It sounds a little tricky, but once you see how it’s done in the video, it’s actually pretty simple.

Goodbye, kitchen gloom! Just look at that glow—now it’s so bright and festive, and the best part? The whole project was just $26!

BTW, what size command hooks did you use? I only ask because, while I have purchased different hooks over the years, some aren't as stable as others but are too big to be unnoticed

Try a different browser. I usually use DuckDuckGo because I don't like to be tracked. Sometimes items like thus video won't work in Duck. I am not willing to give up DuckDuckGo, so if I want to see something like this, I copy and paste the link into a browser like Chrome and then it works. Just a possible suggestion.
