I've inherited wood shutters!

Question

I'm not talking your average 2 on top/2 on bottom. These span 3 windows, top & bottom, all connected by hinges & sliding locks.I want to repurpose them. They're beautiful, in excellent condition & they were my Mothers.Sooo, any suggestions?Thanks for the inputs,JMA from NY

You could use these as doors for a closet, pantry, laundry room, craft room, office area, or a privacy screen for your front window. If you have a large wall in your foyer or living room, hang them as is as art! Best of luck.

My husband used ours to make our outside roofed deck more private. He hung the shutters the same way they hung in our windows. We can open or close them and there was still a lot of light coming thru. He used them only for one 'wall'.

Hey Diana, I'm really liking your idea!!

I have a room that has 2 windows, they always picture outside windows

with shutters......why not inside windows with shutters?!
